Retro90 VSC Opportunity

VSC-only retro follow-up: customers who bought a car in the last 3 months but didn't take a VSC. Only supportive stores qualify — over 15% pen or more than 10 VSC a month (Total VSC, over the window); everyone else is non-supportive and excluded. Benchmark = the region's top-25% pen cutoff. Expected contracts = benchmark × that month's cars; each month's shortfall (never below 0) sums to the store's retro opportunity — a strong month doesn't erase missed customers from a weak one.
